Personal Experience
Allan was born and raised in Connecticut and attended the University of Connecticut where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies (Crime, Law, and Justice), A 2nd Major in Psychological Sciences, and a Minor in Sociology. While at UConn, Allan was the President of Psi Chi the Psychology Honors Society as well as the Vice President of the Moot Court Competition Team.
After his undergraduate degree, Allan attended the University of Connecticut School of Law. During Law School, Allan became the President of the Native American Law Students Association and served as the Assistant Managing Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. Over the summers, Allan interned with the Connecticut Bar Association, Department of Consumer Protection, and Department of Criminal Justice.
After graduation, Allan started his legal career by working in the Court system where he clerked for Superior Court Judges and has been in private practice ever since. He focuses his practice on civil litigation representing clients in workers’ compensation claims and personal injury matters.
Allan is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association as well as the Hartford County Bar Association and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
In his free time, Allan enjoys baking, video games, and spending time with his wife, Jackie.
