Attorney Migliaccio is licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut at the state and federal district court levels. Mark graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society.
Prior to law school, Mark served as the Office Manager and Legislative Analyst for the Honorable Melvin N. Zimmer in the New York State Assembly. Mark attended law school at Western New England School of Law during which he served as a Clinical Intern for the Honorable Richard Damiani, Connecticut Superior Court, Criminal Division and as a Legal Intern in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney, Appellate Unit. Mark received the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Organizations and was elected by his peers as their representative to the Student Bar Association.
After receiving his juris doctorate Mark joined Menagh, Trainer, Mundo & Falcone, P.C. a general practice firm in Manhattan with an emphasis on the representation of labor unions and employment law. In 1996 Mark joined the Law Offices of James J. Thornton in the defense and litigation of property and casualty claims for Allstate Insurance. In 1999 he was promoted to Lead Counsel where he supervised all of the litigation attorneys and support staff for the Allstate Insurance Company in Bronx County.
In 2000 Mark joined Butler, Norris & Gold, P.C. in Hartford, Connecticut. He represents injured plaintiffs in every aspect of civil litigation. Mark has tried dozens cases to verdict in Connecticut and is experienced in mediation, arbitration and litigation. He was selected by his peers to serve as an Arbitrator for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program and has extensive knowledge & experience with regard to discovery, jury selection and trial strategy.
